- Q: What should I do if RepliCheck reports copyright information that is inconsistent with information supplied by the customer?
- A: RepliCheck is a service to alert you as to potential licensing situations that may require your follow-up. We have optimized RepliCheck to be conservative and may notify you of even 'very close' matches with our database. In situations where it may appear that RepliCheck has provided a close match but no infringement exists, please contact us so that we can investigate. The bottom line however is that RepliCheck is a tool, but can never replace your judgement. (15)

- Q: What do I do if I find RepliCheck gives me an error message?
- A: If you get an error when using Replicheck, please copy the exact error down and send it to us for evaluation. You can either submit your error via our Support Request Form or via email at support@audiblemagic.com. Please make sure to include system information, a brief synopsis of what you were doing at the time of the error and a listing of other products running when this occurred. (13)
- Q: How large is the Audible Magic Music Database?
- A: Audible Magic is continually adding more music to its database and it grows every day. Currently there are over 5 million songs in the database. (11)
- Q: What are the Audio Formats that are supported by RepliCheck?
- A: RepliCheck currently supports CD Master DDP, Red Book Audio CD, WAV and Data CD formats. MP3 support is expected in the near future. (9)

- A: By simply pressing and holding the Shift key while the CD loads, you will temporarily disable the autoplay functionality. (10)
