CopySense® Appliance Support

We’re here to help make sure your CopySense appliance works as intended. Several of the questions or concerns you may encounter are answered in the CopySense appliance user guide or the support portal.

The user guide can be viewed at any time from the CopySense appliance GUI by clicking on the link Help on This Page. For versions 4.1 and later the userguide can be downloaded from the CopySense appliance GUI. Simply click on the Administration tab and look for the Download User Guide button. For versions 3.X you can download the user guide by logging into the support portal.

The support portal is available to all current CopySense appliance customers and requires your CopySense appliance support account credentials to login. You can login by clicking here or the link on the left side of this page.
